Helios jams and chutneys are produced using locally-sourced ingredients. As a boutique kitchen the number of jars of any one jam or chutney made depends wholly on amount of fresh ingredients available. Here are some examples of what may be offered in Island Hampers.
• Plum & Feijoa Jam - A must for lovers of feijoa. Reduced sugar content.
• Feijoa Relish - Lightly spiced and perfumed. Ideal all-purpose relish.
• Indian Carrot Chutney - Excellent with curries or cheeses.
• Nectarine & Plum Chutney - Everything a fruit chutney should be - spicy, sweet and full of flavour.
