JENNY'S KITCHEN TAMARIND CHUTNEY

Tamarind is from the curved brown bean pod of the Tamarind tree and has a sweet/sour flavour (it is also known as the Indian date). Tamarind Chutney is available in four heats - Mild, Medium, Hot and XHot. We currently use the medium heat in Island Hampers. Tamarind is delicious with Indian and Asian cuisine, curries, meats, cheese and tapas.
